Among other things,I painted and hung TV's in all these rooms.
From 2010 to 2020 I spent much of my time helping the previous owner transform The Kemble Inn from an old run down building to a boutique hotel, restaurant, and lounge. Most rooms I remodeled multiple times as there were several stages of major construction during the off seasons and the owner was a professional decorator. Often times I would discreetly conduct both small and large remodeling projects during the high season without disturbing the guests. I relied on using pics from the old Kemble Inn website to showcase some of my work. Much of my work is still prevalent on the new owners website pics.
Late one soggy winter we discovered that the old porch was moments from catastrophic failure. Overnite this became priority one. 100% by myself and without harming the upper porch I was able to remove the old porch and design/build a new one while the hotel and restaurant were open. I dug a 20'x16'x4' hole and filled it in with concrete pillars and more than a triaxle full of stone all by hand. I build a fancy bridge on wheels that I would move each morning and afternoon for the customers to walk over the giant hole. And it rained every !@#$ing day. I am quite proud of this porch.
The below pics are all from a basement finishing job. I was the 3rd contractor on this job and I arrived to a huge mess. The first contractor ripped off the customer for high 5 figures and the second was wildly unqualified. Almost everything was done wrong and some unorthodox decisions had to be made to salvage the situation. Still came out all right.

Ive lost hard drives and passwords and rolls of film. Many of the jobs ive done were pre digital and pre cellphone. I still dont use smartphones and usually forget to bring my camera. Ive always been awful at taking and remembering to take pics of my work over the years. Ive neglected to get before and/or after pictures of 95% of the work Ive done.
